feature, the guest can chat directly with the hotel concierge through though their mobile phone, anytime and anywhere, to ask questions, get advice or make reservations for dinning and services (e.g., golf, spa, event tickets).

The solution also includes a GPS-enabled interactive private city guide, that
features “The Concierge Recommends” private list of attractions and off-property vendors.

The Mobile Concierge Chat feature is like nothing else in the market. The hotel concierge or front desk is able to manage multiple guest chats at once reducing guest frustration and lobby lines. The intuitive interface can be used on the concierge's desktop using a browser or via an iPad when they are on-the-go. The guest can chat with the concierge through a native smartphone application that is custom branded for the hotel or they can use simple text messaging (SMS).
